Recessed PIR Motion Sensor
This motion detector with PIR infrared sensor detects movement from people and large animals within a detection range of up to 8m and a 360° detection angle, automatically switching connected lighting on. Thanks to the included cover rings in white, black and silver, the design can be individually adapted to its surroundings.
Programmable
The switch-on duration and light sensitivity can be adjusted at any time. The controls are located behind a cover directly next to the sensor, allowing the settings to be changed even after installation.
- Switch-on duration: After an adjustable time period of approximately 10 seconds to 15 minutes, the motion sensor switches the lighting off again if no further movement is detected.
- Ambient light level: Using the adjustment control, the switch-on sensitivity of this device can be regulated according to the ambient light level (between 3 and 2,000 LUX).
What is the detection range of the motion sensor?
The detection range is up to 8m with a 360° detection angle and a mounting height of 2.2-4m.
Where can I use the motion sensor?
Thanks to its low-profile design, this recessed ceiling motion sensor blends almost seamlessly into the ceiling. Suitable for recessed installation in suspended ceilings with a cut-out diameter of 63-66mm for indoor use.
